Alex Lightman is an award winning writer, entrepreneur, board member, inventor, and advisor to governments, corporations, and NGOs. He is chairman of the board of Coinfield, the A rated EU-regulated crypto exchange that operates in 186 countries.
Lightman is a graduate of MIT Course I-A (Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering) and attended graduate school at MIT’s Sloan School and Harvard’s Kennedy School with additional academic work at Lund University in Sweden and the University of New Mexico. He has worked for numerous US government entities including the US Senate for Paul E. Tsongas, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy during the Obama-Biden administration, Department of Defense, and Defense Information Systems Agency. He provided IPv6 Internet transition plans to the Chief Scientist of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and advised numerous governments.
